How to Use Template Kits:
- Install and activate the “Envato Elements” plugin from
Plugins > Add Newin WordPress. An Envato Elements subscription is not required to use this plugin. - Download your kit file and do not unzip it. Ensure that “open safe files after downloading” is disabled in Safari preferences.
- Go to
Elements > Installed Kitsand click the “Upload Template Kit” button. Alternatively, click “Connect Account” to link your Elements subscription and import underElements > Template Kits. - Click “Install Requirements” in the orange banner at the top to load any plugins used by the kit.
- Import the Global Kit Styles first, followed by one template at a time. These templates are stored in Elementor under
Templates > Saved Templates. - Create a new page in
Pagesand click “Edit with Elementor”. - In the builder, click the gear icon at the lower-left to view page settings, choose Elementor Full Width, and hide the page title.
- Click the gray folder icon to access the “My Templates” tab and import the page you’d like to customize.
- For Elementor Pro users, headers and footers can be customized under Theme Builder.
How to Use Loops:
- Go to
Templates > Theme Builder. - Click on “Loop Item” and create a new one.
- Click the green Envato leaf icon to locate your kit.
- Import the first Loop template and save/publish.
- Repeat for all loops. To customize further, make a copy of any loop. Changes made to loops here will affect all instances of the loop on your site.
- Add to pages by creating a page with your desired layout.
- Right-click in the build area to enable the Navigator.
- Locate the Loop Grid or Loop Carousel widgets and select the post block from the Loop Item dropdown.
- Set the Query of the Loop Grid or Loop Carousel to display the desired posts.
